Cyber Soccer Camp 2020

Cyber Soccer Camp:

A professional staff coach will be live while participants follow instruction. All participant audio will automatically be on “Off”, while participants will have the option to turn their camera on or off for the session.


Registration is Free

Upon completing your registration to the camp, you will receive a welcome email with the link to join the session. This link will also be sent to you the day before the start of the camp.

40 minute sessions, with 20 minute breaks in between. Registration is per day and participants get to choose to attend as many sessions as they want each day.

Sessions:

Before each session we will send out a session plan for everyone to follow during the webinar. The session plan will also let participants know exactly what they need in terms of equipment. The Cyber Soccer Camp is designed for players to participate and perform these sessions in small spaces and with limited equipment.

  • Juggling and Ball Manipulation – This session will have different juggling challenges and objectives. Players will look to become more comfortable with the ball and learn how to use different surfaces of their foot to manipulate the ball in tight spaces.
  • Dribbling – These sessions will have different dribbling activities, focusing on using different areas of your foot, as well as different skill moves. This activity will focus on being in tight areas of the field and being comfortable on the ball.
  • Fitness – All fitness sessions will be specific to the game itself. Different sessions like balance and power will help you prepare your body for actions you will have in a game. For example, working on your balance will improve your body’s stabilization when you pass or shoot, as you must balance on one leg as the other leg makes contact with the ball.
